We’ll talk about your site, your ideas, and what you want your space to feel like. You’ll get honest advice about what’s possible, the budget and requirements.

Once you’ve chosen your design, we’ll work with you to make it truly yours. Together, we refine the layout, finishes, and inclusions so it feels right for how you want to live.

This is where your ideas start taking shape and your build starts to feel real.

Now it’s time to plan delivery and installation.

You can enlist our registered builder to handle the site works and on-site installation for a fee, taking care of all building requirements needed to deliver and install.

If you hold an owner-builder licence, you’re welcome to manage this stage yourself. Either way, we’ll make sure you have the information and support you need to move forward with confidence.

We build your Soul Modular right here in our controlled Rockingham facility.

Each build takes around 12-14 weeks to complete.

We transport your Soul Modular to the site and install it with care. If you’ve enlisted our builder, we’ll connect your utilities and prepare everything for handover.

If you’ve chosen to manage this stage yourself, we’ll transport your Soul Modular to your prepared site, ready for you to complete installation.

Your Soul Modular is complete!

We’ll walk through your new space, answer any questions and hand over the keys. From here, it’s all yours to live in, rent out, or retreat to whenever you need.
